Hi, my name is Elmira.

And this is my online space, where I intend to share my ideas, experiences, favorite things, books, recipes and much more. I decided to replace my social media accounts with this website for various reasons, which I describe here.

I am a Kazakh, currently living in Warsaw, Poland with my family. My husband and I welcomed our first baby in April 2023, and I want to write about my experience of learning to be a new mom as well.

In my free time I like to travel, bake and explore new languages. I was raised bilingual in Kazakh and Russian, and I also speak English, Polish and French!

Nowadays I am working as a technology risk specialist at a professional service firm. I know it sounds vague, but for managing my professional identity, I kept the LinkedIn page. You can follow me there, if interested.
